Copyright and use

The photos and texts on this website (Marjemaa) are protected by copyright. Use of the photos and texts by anyone other than the author in a way the author has not consented to in a form that can be reproduced in writing may constitute copyright infringement.

Marjemaa photos and photos containing texts (together: Photo) may be used – including reproduced, and used as the basis for other works of visual art – only for personal, non-commercial purposes, i.e. “for your own use”.

For example, you may:

• print and frame it for yourself or give a print to someone close to you;
• use it as a computer or phone wallpaper;
• send a Words on pictures card or greeting to friends and family by email or private message.

Without the author’s permission, the Photo may not be:

• sold or passed on – neither the file nor prints;
• used in advertising, on a company website or on products for sale;
• published publicly, for example on a website or in a public social media post.

For any other distribution and/or commercial use, whether as a single copy or reproduced in quantity, please contact the author(s) by email to reach a mutual agreement.

Buying and payment

The price of each picture is shown next to it. Prices are in euros. You can pay by Estonian bank link, card or PayPal. By buying you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to follow them.

Delivery

Once your payment is received you can download the original files right away from the order confirmation page and via the link sent by email. The download link is valid for 30 days and each file can be downloaded up to 5 times. If the link expires or anything else goes wrong, please write to us.

Right of withdrawal

This is digital content that is made available immediately after payment. By placing an order you consent to the content being supplied before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will sort it out.
